How do I get my files?
Once checkout is complete, your download is delivered digitally to the email address used for the order. If you don’t see it, check spam or promotions first. Full details are on Digital Delivery & Refunds.
What am I actually buying?
Depending on the product, you can buy a 15-question themed round, a 30-question two-round pack, a complete trivia night, a five-round pack, a bundle, or a vault. Every product page now includes a Quick Facts section with the exact format.
Can I use this at a paid trivia night?
Yes. The standard license is specifically meant to let one host or one venue/business use the purchased material to run live trivia, including paid events. You can print the working copies and team sheets you need. You may not resell, upload, share, or redistribute the underlying files. Read the full License & Usage Rights.
How hard is the trivia?
The target is hard but playable: material that makes a smart adult crowd think without becoming either children’s trivia or pointless obscurity.
Are the questions continuously updated?
No. Material is reviewed when it is packaged, but facts can change over time. Sports records get broken, people change jobs, rosters move, and pop culture keeps going. Give obviously time-sensitive material a quick current check before you host it.
What if there’s a problem with a download?

Do you offer refunds?
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once access or delivery is provided. Genuine delivery, duplicate-charge, wrong-file, and defective-file issues are reviewed and made right when appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where required by law.
