How delivery works
After checkout, your purchased files are delivered digitally to the email address used for the order. Delivery is handled through our digital-delivery provider. Most orders should arrive shortly after payment is confirmed.
If you do not see the delivery email, check spam, promotions, and other filtered folders first. If it still has not arrived, contact us and include the email address used at checkout and your order number.
File problems
If a file is missing, corrupted, unreadable, or you received the wrong product, contact us so we can replace the file or otherwise make the order right.
Refunds
Because these are downloadable digital products that can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final once digital access or delivery has been provided. We will still review requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect files, failed delivery, or material defects.
Nothing on this page limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
