A format that works
Four rounds of 15 questions gives you 60 total. That’s enough for a real event without turning the night into a marathon. Give teams a short break between rounds, score as you go, and have one numerical tiebreaker ready.
Keep the rules easy
One point per answer unless you announce otherwise. No phones while a question is live. The host makes the final call on disputes. Keep the room moving.
You can use one of my complete trivia nights as the backbone, or mix individual themed rounds if your fundraiser has a specific audience.
